Re: Proposal of Amendments to Bylaws

Pursuant to Article X of the Bylaws of the NPHC of Greater Greenville, Council Members are hereby advised that effective IMMEDIATELY (June 3, 2022), amendments to the Bylaws of the NPHC of Greater Greenville may be proposed, using the attached/included Proposed Bylaws Amendment template, by submitting any proposed amendments directly to the Council Recording Secretary, Anjelica Flint, either by filling out this form (https://bit.ly/3MbP6lR ) or sending an email to amendments@upstatescpan.org with a copy to the Bylaws Committee Chair at zandra@zfirmsc.com by close of business (5:00 p.m.) on June 22, 2022.

Proposed bylaws amendments will thereafter be collected, compiled, and distributed to all Council Members by close of business (5:00 p.m.) on July 28, 2022 [Updated 6/27/22]. Those bylaws amendments proposed will be presented to the Council at its September 26, 2022 meeting, at which time each will be put to a vote of the Council members present should a quorum exist.
